Is there any place in the Philippines (universe) where politics isn't meddling? Is there no one who bags politics wherever he goes? She thought the country ought to be of democracy. Or was she wrong? Better yet, what is democracy? Slash the connotation and denotation. One will always think it is the other anyway. You know how lies are fallacies and fallacies as lies.
Like how 'vote wisely' is most worn-out election adage only to find out that one dictates who to vote while the rest who are told so blindly oblige. Like how the constitution says that the incoming politician will start to function on par with his public service after the term of the previous politician of his rank is done, but seems to have already declared months before election campaign that all medical allies hired in that certain big vicinity during the previous politician's term will be terminated. Like how a simple feeding program is publicized -- money spent and vvips involved.
How she wishes that a school night's cocktail event is merely of social purpose and an escape from the confines of the world where even school organization or peer factions are in the slightest bit entwined with politics. You wish.

People's idiosyncrasy at its most polite form. Hence, the word 'politics'. And it tics. Almost always finding something to tic.
It's a given politics is entailed with government. And one needs to have a governed life no matter in what manner. No. Not nagging. Just stating a fact. Quite interesting actually.
...
Politics is simple.
But then again, it is made to be that broad. Very. BROAD.
Beats her.
...
What is politics to you anyway?
Headache.
Nonetheless, let's be logical.
