Anilic really has this strong gut whether she denies it or shrugs it that this song is somehow like being sung to her by Jake. Guts sucks.
Remembering how unlikely, no rather unexpectedly, Jake came to her rescue last October despite his status which she wasnt aware of until it was already done.
And, his fore and following actions. the moon and the message.
Her dreams she realized.
The only part of her memory which she decides she must hold on to.
Jake is a great acquaintance. Like having Carlo as an overwhelming buddy, Cil as a good friend, Yeu as a nanny, Lorenzo as a little brother, Matt as a childhood friend, Dom as an acknowledged acquaintance, and Zeph as a darlin'. But, he is nothing like them. He is his own person. They are their own persons.

Merci, to the Greatest Papa!

This morning she woke up with 7 messages pending to be read.
The content was all about the persons who co-procreate each of the earthlings now and then.
Her pal's, Vez, message stirred up the most: "A father is a fellow who replaces his currencies with snapshots of his kids."
She wondered is it ever like that with her very own father. Likely not. Still, she gave no doubt that she dottingly adores him the most even if the world is made of ashes and plumcrusts and even if the world is made awful because of it. And lest far from surrealism. Her bad, he is inescapably and by no means the best.
Albeit, today's scenarios was different for most of his commonplaces yet a usual for his comical scores:
Dad brought home after a few hours 5 sets of Jollibee stapegi-and-fried chicken with coke and an irresistible plunge of "Blow-out din ako. Bagong sweldo eh. Sino un nag-blow-out na bagong sweldo?"
She wasn't riled. She guffawed on the other hand. Her father was neck all over with absurd jealousy with her sibling's previous blow-outs. Keke
It is with these two facts which made her see that Jose Carlo had it amongst those whom she had met. And it is because of these both worlds that made her father and Carlo exceptional amongst the rest.
Nah... Her father is by far still the greatest.
That is why she is levering. That is why she is armed. That is why she is engineering. So the next time around that ocassional family fetes like this betide, she brings them somewhere her treat. For real.
